Peter founded ThinkTank to create a more transparent relationship between the insurance industry and his clients. With 15 years of experience in the benefits consulting space, his expertise has helped multiple clients reverse the trend by helping them navigate towards the most appropriate Health Insurance Platforms. He is passionate about helping organizations transition from Fully Insured to Self-Funded programs of various types.
Co-Founder/Director of Client Services
Lupe has spent almost 30 years leading employee benefits teams on both the broker and carrier side. Her specialty is compliance, contract review, and successful implementation of a wide range of benefit solutions. She expertly helps educate and develop clients’ HR departments and ensure legal compliance, and internally she oversees all client services to guarantee a comprehensive, custom, effective, and efficient experience for all client.
Lead Benefits Consultant
Brian has spent 9 years running operations and sales for the largest PEO in the country, ADP TotalSource. His focus at TTIP is payroll, HR, and integrating these platforms to reduce redundancy and administration. He guides clients by planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to the integration of human capital management information systems. Brian manages our PEO Alternative department which encompasses managing the entire lifecycle of an employee through technology.
Former founder, CEO and President of Next Day Plus + and Next Day Toner which was a 30-employee, authorized business provider of Xerox and HP products and service. Serving 1100 customers in all 50 states and Canada generating $18M in sales at its peak. Jeff’s clients included 7-11, Petco, Menards and Dick’s Sporting Goods to name a few. Jeff’s primary role at ThinkTank is business development and strategic advisor to the growth of the organization.
Director of Technology
Marty has spent most of the last 20 years developing software in the marketing space and creating pathways for software systems to talk to each other with high efficiency. He heads our digital marketing efforts as well as oversees any technology implementations for our clients. As a partner, Marty is also responsible for internal systems in which help our team communicates with each other and our clients.
Brittany has worked closely with clients over the last 8 years managing the renewal timeline, directing the marketing process, negotiating renewals, and delivering the most cost-effective employee benefits and solutions. She is a primary point of contact for both HR and employee facing service-related issues and has an expertise in building and managing enrollment portals.
Compliance & Research
Emese has 4 years of experience and a background in Benefits Administration and Account Management. At TTIP she helps plan and implement Wellness Programs; analyzes claim reports and shares relevant and impactful data with clients; and provides clients with guidance on compliance by researching client-specific HR/compliance cases, staying up-to-date on new laws passed and how they impact benefits, and by generating all applicable ERISA Wrap Documents, POP Documents, and ACA Notices.
ACA Reporting & Administration
Adriana’s sole focus at the agency is to manage and complete all regulatory benefits compliance, such as 5500 processing, ACA reporting, and insurance updates and audits.
Benefits Administration Manager
Katelyn has spent 5 years creating and managing benefits administrative processes. From daily eligibility and Open Enrollment changes, to ensuring all applicable COBRA notices get mailed in a timely manner, Katelyn’s expertise lies in creating an effective and efficient day-to-day eligibility experience.
