Nonprofit Trends Report 2022

Salesforce just released their 4th Edition of the Nonprofit Trends Report. This bad boy is chock full of great insight for non-profits, highlighting their biggest challenges, trends, and how many are traversing the shift in the workplace.

But the most applicable nuggest for us ThinkTankers is the following bit from the report:

Other U.S.-based research found that employer-provided health coverage is important for employee retention. According to research by Luntz Global Partners, 56% of U.S. adults with employer-sponsored health benefits indicated that liking their health coverage was a key factor in staying at their current job.

With the increased number of people considering leaving their jobs for the first time, it's imperative that we (as business owners and managers) remain flexible to the changing needs of employees. Making sure that your employees not only like, but LOVE their health coverage, is a great place to start.

If your employees don't love their health coverage, give us a call, we can help.
